Education
Lori Cooper, MD, is a graduate of Albany Medical College. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco, a Chief Residency in Internal Medicine at California Pacific Medical Center, and a fellowship in Endocrinology at the University of Washington.
Clinical Interests
Dr. Cooper’s practice includes all areas of general endocrinology and metabolism with an interest in male hypogonadism, PCOS, osteoporosis, adrenal and pituitary disorders, diabetes, thyroid and parathyroid, and transgender medicine.
Practice Philosophy
"As a physician, my philosophy is to have clear and open communication with my patients so they feel that their medical concerns are heard and respected. I take great care to educate my patients so they understand their disease processes and are empowered to be actively involved in their disease management. Together, we will strive to develop a plan that combines the most up-to-date and evidence-based treatments that are in-line with the patient’s own goals for their health and wellness."
