American Academy of Nurse Practitioners
Jenna received her master’s degree in nursing from University of North Dakota. Before joining The Polyclinic, she worked as a nurse practitioner at primary care clinics in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area.
“I chose to become a nurse practitioner because I wanted a career which would allow me to have a positive impact on the lives of others. I love that I can combine my nursing skills with modern medicine. Every day is challenging and unique.”
Jenna supports the primary care team and provides preventative care, urgent visits, and treatment for chronic and acute illnesses such as asthma, type 2 diabetes, hypertension, and minor skin conditions.
Outside of work, Jenna enjoys traveling and experiencing new cultures, hiking, cooking, and expressing her creative side, including drawing and painting.
“I believe that even small changes can have significant impact on our health and well-being. I enjoy working with patients to individualize their treatment plans in order to reach their personal health goals, despite the various challenges they may face.”
