The Polyclinic accepts Original Medicare, Medicare Advantage plans, and Medicare Supplement plans. Patients with Original Medicare may schedule visits, depending on the provider. Please contact New Patient Services at 206-329-1777 to learn about providers who accept Medicare and to schedule an appointment.
The Polyclinic also accepts retirement benefit plans from state or federal governments or private employers. The Polyclinic does not accept Medicare Advantage Private Fee for Service (PFFS) plans. Please check our accepted insurance page.
