Theresa ‘Terri’ Butler RPh
Terri received a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Arizona in Tucson, and a Master’s of Public Health from the Ohio State University in Columbus. In addition, Terri completed the following programs at the University of Southern Indiana: Heart Failure Management, Anticoagulation Management, Diabetes Management, and APhA Medication Therapy Management.
Terri has special interests in public health and cardiology including anticoagulation treatment, health risk reduction and health education.
Terri lived in Amsterdam, Netherlands for the last couple of years and enjoyed getting to
know people from all over the world and traveling through Europe. She also enjoys hiking, horseback riding and spending time with family.
