Michelle attended the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana. She received her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and her master’s degree in Exercise Science at Northeastern Illinois University. After working in various health-related fields, she devoted her career as a physician’s assistant to working in women’s health. Michelle joins The Polyclinic team with 10 years of women’s health experience, providing care at Planned Parenthood and Seattle OB/GYN Group.
“I worked as a personal trainer, an exercise physiologist and in running biomechanics research before attending PA school. This broad experience taught me the value of treating the whole person, and not just their clinical diagnosis.”
Michelle enjoys caring for women throughout their lifespan from adolescence to post menopause. She values getting to know her patients, helping to empower them to live optimally. Her clinical expertise lies within inpatient and outpatient care and serving as a surgical first assist for cesarean sections.
“Michelle lives with her husband and three kids in Seattle; they enjoy being active, working hard, and laughing a lot!”
