Licensed pharmacist, Washington State Board of Pharmacy; prescriptive authority protocols with the state board of pharmacy for management of anticoagulation and dyslipidemia; Certified Anticoagulation Provider (CACP) by the National Certification Board for Anticoagulation Providers; Clinical Lipid Specialist by the Accreditation Council for Clinical Lipidology (ACCL).


Dr. Hull graduated from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa with a Doctor of Pharmacy. She completed a general practice pharmacy residency at Overlake Hospital Medical Center, and has certification in lipid management from the University of Southern Indiana.
