Dr. Anderson completed her medical degree at Rush Medical College of Rush University in Chicago, Ill. She completed her internal medicine residency at Rush Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center in Chicago and completed her neurology residency at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Before joining The Polyclinic, Dr. Anderson was medical director of population health at Valence Health in Chicago and an attending physician at Rush University Medical Center.
Dr. Anderson serves as The Polyclinic’s Chief Clinical Improvement and Quality Officer. She also sees patients one afternoon each week. She has a special interest in general primary care, primary and secondary disease prevention and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
Dr. Anderson enjoys going to the theater, reading, and volunteering at animal shelters. She is also an avid traveler, having visited over 50 countries.
Dr. Anderson is a member of the Group on Student Affairs and a member of the Group on Educational Affairs, Association of American Medical Colleges; a fellow in the American College of Physicians.
Dr. Anderson has participated in many oral/poster presentations and has been an invited speaker for many regional, national, and international meetings and delivered presentations on medical care quality, population health, and health care informatics.
