Dr. Frost received a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry and a bachelor’s degree in Spanish language, suma cum laude, from Montana State University in Bozeman. She received her medical degree from the University of Vermont Larner College of Medicine in Burlington. She completed her residency at Swedish Family Medicine – First Hill in Seattle.
Dr. Frost provides primary care for all ages and has special interests in women’s health including obstetric care, sports medicine, and management of chronic medical conditions such as diabetes. She performs a number of office-based procedures including IUD insertions, Nexplanon insertions, joint injections, skin biopsies, and newborn circumcisions.
Outside of the office, she enjoys bike commuting, backcountry skiing, camping, running, spending time outdoors with her husband and golden retriever.
