C. Andrew Sales MD

Dr. C. Andrew Sales received his medical degree from the University of Arizona College of Medicine. He completed an internal medicine internship, a neurology residency, and an otoneurology fellowship at The Ohio State University.
Dr. Sales initially studied engineering as an undergraduate student. This and his background in the fine arts helped pave the way to becoming a neurologist, a specialist that studies the connections between the body and the mind.
Clinical and Special Interests
Dr. Sales’ practice covers the broad scope of general neurology, including treatment of common neurologic conditions like epilepsy, stroke, multiple sclerosis, movement disorders, disorders of the muscles and nerves, and cognitive disorders like dementia. He also has a subspecialty practice in otoneurology, including assessment and treatment of vestibular conditions that cause dizziness, vertigo, and disequilibrium as well as auditory conditions that cause hearing loss. He has a special interest in headache, especially regarding the treatment of chronic and episodic migraine using multiple treatment modalities, including Botox.

Dr. Sales is fluent in English and French, intermediate in Tagalog and Russian, and a beginner in Japanese.
Dr. Sales has been an assistant professor of neurology at The Ohio State University.
