Dr. Burt received her medical degree from the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine. She also completed her residency in internal medicine and a fellowship in hospice and palliative medicine there. Before joining The Polyclinic, she served as an assistant professor in the Morsani College of Medicine Department of Internal Medicine and worked as an inpatient palliative care consultant at Tampa General Hospital.

Dr. Burt provides comprehensive primary care for adults 18 and older. She enjoys educating patients about both prevention and chronic disease management.
Do you treat pediatrics?
Dr. Burt treats patients ages 18 and up.
Dr. Burt enjoys traveling and working out, and looks forward to when we can all do that safely again. She also like cooking Persian food, reading, and watching hockey. She looks forward to hiking here in the beautiful PNW and learning to grow plants with a little less sunlight than she’s used to in Florida.
