“I want to truly know and understand my patients; this is key to creating a strong physician-patient partnership and developing a personalized care plan for each patient. My goal is to empower and advise patients on how to maintain their health and vitality. I prefer a proactive rather than reactive medical approach with a focus on the fundamentals of health: nutrition, exercise, and stress reduction. The ability to assist patients in transforming their health trajectory is tremendously gratifying."
