Polyclinic Now is a walk-in only clinic. Wait times vary depending on the number of patients in the clinic and the severity of their illness or injury. We check-in our last patient at 6:45 pm Monday - Friday and 4:45 pm Saturday and Sunday.
Please note: if wait times extend beyond closing hours, we might not be able to take additional patients, even if you arrive before we close. Our Patient Services Representative will communicate this to you when you arrive, and we’ll do everything we can to give you a referral for the care you need at another location.
When you come to Polyclinic Now, you’ll have access to onsite lab services and imaging, including x-ray. If you come in with an injury or illness we can quickly determine what’s wrong and get you back to feeling better faster.
Insurance and Payment
Most insurance is accepted but it's always a good idea to contact your insurance company prior to visiting for specific coverage, copays and co-insurance costs. View accepted insurance at The Polyclinic.
Will you bill my insurance?
Yes. We will collect your co-pay or co-insurance at the time of service and bill your insurer. Your insurer will send an explanation of benefits (EOB) for any remaining balance.

Check, FSA, HSA, debit cards and most credit cards.
