  • Access your member portal to track claims, recent payments and find additional resources.
  • Locate or update your primary care provider listed on your Humana insurance card. Call Customer Service, listed on the back of your card (800) 457-4708 (TTY/TDD: 711), 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday-Friday, EST, to change your PCP or fill out and complete a PCP Change Request form.
