Is The Polyclinic covered by your health insurance plan?
It’s open enrollment season. Whether you get your health insurance through your employer, via the Exchange, or from Medicare if you’re age 65+, now is the time when many people are reviewing insurance options for 2021. No matter which group you’re in, it’s important to enroll in a health plan that includes your Polyclinic doctors in the provider network.
What is a network?
A network is a list of doctors, providers and hospitals that a plan has contracted with to provide care. A provider that is contracted is called a “network provider” and a provider that is not is called an “out-of-network provider.” Learn more about provider networks.
Accepted Insurance Plans
The Polyclinic maintains health care contracts with nearly every major insurance company in the region, including Aetna, Humana, Premera, Regence BlueShield, UnitedHealthcare, and many more. Each year however, some changes occur as new plans are offered and provider networks change. View Polyclinic contracted plans for 2018.
