Darcy Constans, MD | Family Medicine
Darcy Constans, MD, received her medical degree from the University of New Mexico and completed her residency training at Swedish Medical Center-Cherry Hill in Seattle. Dr. Constans enjoys working with patients of all ages and backgrounds, including the LBGT community. Maria Fan, MD, earned her medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City, where she received the dean’s recognition award. She completed her internship and residency at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) Medical Center. Dr. Fan is interested in all aspects of internal medicine, including preventive care, optimizing health and wellness, and the effective management of complex or chronic conditions. Jessica Ivers, MD | Pediatrics
Jessica Ivers, MD, earned her medical degree from the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences. She completed her residency in pediatrics at the University of Washington School of Medicine and Seattle Children’s in 2013. Dr. Iver’s clinical interests include all of general pediatrics. Jeremy Johnson, MD, MPH, earned his medical degree at the University of Minnesota Medical School, Twin Cities, completed his family medicine residency at Swedish Cherry Hill in Seattle, and completed a sports medicine fellowship at the University of Wisconsin, in Madison. Dr. Johnson received his master’s in public health from the University of Minnesota School of Public Health. Dr. Johnson enjoys working with patients of all ages and provides non-operative orthopedic care, fracture care, ultrasound-guided joint injections, and concussion management.
