To increase our patients’ access to care and reduce the spread of infection in our community, The Polyclinic recently launched video visits for patients with COVID-19 concerns, and for other urgent care appointments in primary care and select specialties.
Over the next few weeks, more than 200 providers will offer video visits that allow patients to get the care they need from the comfort of home. To schedule a video visit, call your provider's office directly. Appointments are required for all video visits. During the call you will receive instructions on downloading the VSee video visit application to your computer, laptop, cell phone, or tablet. VSee works on most devices and browsers.

We understand that some appointments can’t be delayed or done in a video visit. Rest assured, that we are here serving patients with urgent needs in our clinics as well. To keep patients and staff safe in our clinics, we are screening all patients upon entry, providing masks to those who need them, and deep cleaning all areas of our clinic regularly.
