The Obstetrics and Gynecology department at Madison Center is pleased to welcome Traci Walters MMS, PA-C to their care team.

Traci graduated from St. Francis University in Loretto, Penn. with her Master of Medical Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies. She completed her clinical rotations at John H. Stroger, Jr. Hospital of Cook County in Chicago, Ill., including time in obstetrics and gynecology. Before joining The Polyclinic, she worked in dermatology performing general and surgical dermatological procedures.

“As a young child, I have a vivid memory of walking around downtown Chicago and seeing a man in need. I went up to him and gave him a dollar, and in return, he gave me the biggest smile and said ‘thank you’. That interaction remains with me to this day. It was a moment when I realized that I wanted to dedicate my life to helping others. That experience, along with my love for medicine and learning, has paved the path for my career as a physician assistant.”

Traci enjoys caring for women of all ages. She especially enjoys working with adolescents and young adult women in educating them about their bodies with a preventive and supportive approach. Traci also has a special interest in fertility.

In her free time, Traci enjoys cooking, travel, barre classes, and spending time with her husband and two boys. After moving from Chicago to Washington, she has also been enjoying the beauty of the Pacific Northwest.

Welcome to The Polyclinic Traci!
