Certain foods may prevent disease or help you manage specific medical conditions. Known as “superfoods,” selections like nuts and avocados can boost your health by preventing disease and helping you manage medical conditions.

On June 14, 2017, Humana will host an educational presentation to share more about these “superfoods” and help you learn which may make sense for your health. Everyone is invited – you don’t have to be a Humana member to attend.
