Dr. Bridges earned her bachelor’s degree with distinction in molecular, cellular and development biology from the University of Colorado in Boulder. She earned her medical degree with distinction from The George Washington University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C., and completed her internship, residency and fellowship at the University of Maryland in Baltimore. She completed a Teaching Scholars Program at the University of Washington in Seattle.
Dr. Bridges specializes in the evaluation and management of advanced lung diseases including COPD/emphysema, interstitial lung disease and lung cancer. She also has special interest in the gender differences in pulmonary diseases.
