"Keep moving, and make a daily choice to put healthy food in their bodies.”
What did you learn in your medical training that inspires or reminds you to take care of your health?
“You get out what you put in, I’m always inspired by patients who are fit and healthy at an advanced age.”
What are some of your favorite ways to practice self-care?
“I try and get alone time, to think things through. Usually on my runs.”
