The Polyclinic is pleased to announce that Dr. Erica Peavy joined The Polyclinic in July as our new Chief Medical Officer (CMO). Dr. Peavy joins us from The Everett Clinic where she worked as an OB/GYN and held various leadership positions since 1989. Dr. Peavy replaces Dr. Marc Miller who left The Polyclinic earlier this year.

Most recently, Dr. Peavy served as Chief Transformation Officer at The Everett Clinic. In that role, she worked closely with Chief Medical Officer Dr. Al Fisk to build strong physician-led service line leadership teams within The Everett Clinic and helped expand the number of leadership opportunities and programs for physicians.

During Dr. Peavy's tenure, The Everett Clinic joined DaVita Medical Group and she helped lead the clinic through integration with the large, national health care provider. Since late 2017, she has served as Vice Chair for the Office of Chief Medical Officers, and as the National Physician Lead for DaVita Medical Group's cross-region “Commit to Care” program directed at improving patient and team satisfaction and engagement.

“Dr. Peavy's work at The Everett Clinic is impressive,” said Lloyd David, Polyclinic CEO. “She's done outstanding work leading a clinic through change, while growing physician leadership, satisfaction, and engagement. She helped preserve The Everett Clinic's independent spirit, culture, and outstanding clinical care while integrating with DaVita Medical Group. I look forward to her leadership and insight as The Polyclinic grows and aligns with OptumCare.”

Prior to serving as Chief Transformation Officer, Dr. Peavy served as Surgery Section Chair, Board Member, Associate Medical Director of Physician Affairs, Associate Medical Director for Operations, and Executive Medical Director for Transformation. At The Everett Clinic, she led the clinic's strategy to expand its primary care presence south and east, provided executive sponsorship and program development to the clinic's quality improvement department for over 10 years, and oversaw physician affairs, medical staff operations, and the Ethics Committee.

Dr. Peavy is a Board Certified Physician Executive (ACPE) and a retired Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She completed her medical degree and residency training at the University of Washington after attending Boise State University as a chemistry major.

Welcome to The Polyclinic, Dr. Peavy!
