Jasmin Dhesi, OD
Dr. Dhesi completed her undergraduate degree with honors in biology from the Ohio State University in Columbus. She completed her doctor of optometry degree from the Ohio State University School of Optometry. Dr. Dhesi completed an advanced optometric residency in Primary Eye Care and Ocular Disease at the Illinois College of Optometry-Illinois Eye Institute in Chicago.
Dr. Dhesi provides comprehensive eye care and diagnostic testing for patients with contact lenses, glasses, ocular allergies, computer vision syndrome, diabetes, hypertension and glaucoma. In addition, she has a particular focus on managing dry eye syndrome. Read Dr. Dhesi's full bio.
Holly Lebar, OD
Dr. Lebar completed her bachelor’s degree at the University of Portland and received her optometry degree from Southern California College of Optometry. She completed her internships at Barnet Dulaney Perkins Eye Care, Madigan Army Hospital, and Pacific Cataract and Laser Institute.
Dr. Lebar provides comprehensive eye exams, prescribes glasses and contact lenses, and helps fit patients with various types of contact lenses including toric and multifocal contact lenses. She has a special interest in evaluating and treating dry eye disease. Read Dr. Lebar’s full bio.
Noha Seif OD, FAAO, FSLS
Dr. Seif received her Bachelor of Science degree in Visual Sciences and her Doctorate of Optometry degree with high honors from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, Ill. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Optometry and a fellow of the Scleral Lenses Education Society, a distinction given after meeting rigorous professional standards, testing, presenting, and writing several papers.
In addition to comprehensive eye care, Dr. Seif provides specialty custom contact lens fittings for patients with a variety of eye conditions including keratoconus, irregular astigmatism, high astigmatism, aphakia, and iris trauma, as well as post-transplant and post-refractive surgery patients. She has a particular interest in using scleral lenses for anterior segment conditions including severe dry eye, Bell's palsy, neurotrophic keratitis, and exposure keratitis. Read her full bio.

Alicia Shaffer, LDO, COA, ABOC, NCLEC, Blink Supervisor
Alicia brings a wealth of eye care experience to The Polyclinic with over 12 years in the industry. With a clinical background in ophthalmology and retail optical along with prior years of experience at a high-end fashion retailer, she is adept at combining style with medical necessity. Alicia provides knowledgeable, sincere advice and helps ensure Blink Optical patients have access to comprehensive care. In her spare time, Alicia enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family and two dogs.
Brian McPherren, LDO, Optician
Brian started his career as a civilian optician at Madigan Army Hospital, providing military personnel and their families with full-service optical care. With over 35 years of experience in ophthalmology, optometry, and corporate retail positions, Brian provides patients with the best possible experience in choosing the perfect pair of eyeglasses. Brian is extremely knowledgeable and enjoys educating patients on the latest optical technology and lens enhancements available. Outside of work, Brian enjoys spending time with his daughter.
