Education:

After completing her undergraduate degree from Northwestern University, Dr. Paik earned her medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine.  She completed her internship and residency in internal medicine at Rush-Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center in Chicago.  Dr. Paik was in practice for four years in Boston and then six years in Seattle before joining The Polyclinic.

Special Interests:

Dr. Paik’s practice covers all aspects internal medicine.  She enjoys seeing a variety of ages, including both male and female patients.

Practice Philosophy:

“My role as an internist is to provide the highest quality of care possible by incorporating patient education and disease prevention as well as accurate diagnosis and treatment.  I believe that one of the most important initial goals is to put the patient at ease during the appointment and give them the assurance that their concerns are being heard.”
